A trip to the spa should be a relaxing, blissful experience, but if it's your first visit, it can be slightly nerve-wracking not knowing what to expect. The following tips on spa protocol 101 will remind you to mind your p's and q's even while you're being pampered--and act as a manual to make the most out of your first spa-going encounter.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. We ask that you please arrive ten to fifteen minutes prior to the commencement of your service, which will allow adequate time to check in, complete our lifestyle consultation form, and relax prior to your service.
We understand that on occasion a situation may arise resulting in a late arrival, and although we will do everything we can to accommodate you, to avoid any disruption to other guests, we may have to shorten the requested service or reschedule your appointment.
Show up on time.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting half of the cost of the scheduled service (s). Clients who cancel with less than 2 hours or simply no show up to their appointments will be charged in full for the scheduled service (s). We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
We want to create and ensure a relaxing environment and experience for all of our guests. In consideration of others, please refrain from talking on your cell phone inside the spa. All cell phones must be in silent mode or turned off. All guests must keep all conversations to a whisper, as not to disrupt our other clients.
Unfortunally, we do not have lockers to provide for personal and valuable items, therefore we suggest bringing the bare minimum. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks or American Express.
Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk or online. All sales are final. We accept also accept Spafinder, SpaWish, WaySpa and SpaWeek gift certicates and gift cards.
Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Cards Gift Certificates and Series.
You may opt to leave gratuities. The recommended range is between 15% and 22% of the full retail price service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash or credit card.
