Appointments & Cancellations
To schedule an appointment, you may call us at 201-816-8808. A credit card is required in order to hold your appointment.  In case you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you have to notify us 24 hours prior to the appointment, if you fail to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours your credit card will be charged 50% of the service value. If you have multiple services or day packages you have to cancel the appointment 48 hours prior the appointment.

Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are nonrefundable. You may exchange a Gift Certificate for other services or products of same value.  All Gift Certificates have to be redeemed during a 6-month period.

Cell phones
The use of cell phones are prohibited in our facilities.  Please turn off your cell phone or place in a silent mode before entering the Spa.

Arrival
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment your service may be shortened. This is due to respect to other customers who may be after you.

Children
Please do not bring minors 12 years old or younger to our Spa.
